What do you think about DC Comics re-releasing Batwoman with the added twist of her now being a lesbian.?
Years ago DC Comics released a short lived super hero Batwoman who was straight. Now they have re-released the character and made her a lesbian. Do you think there actions were appropriate seeing that comic books are predominantly marketed towards children? Do you think their actions were a genuine attempt to help the gay community or simply exploit them for profit? What do you think their motives were? Personally, Batwoman straight or gay just doesn’t do it for me and I see it bombing regardless.

This character appears in publications produced by DC Comics and related media. Batwoman made her first comic book appearance in Detective Comics 233 (1956).
